Welcome to PeptideMania Research. These Terms govern your use of our website and purchases from our store. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our published Shipping, Return and Refund, and Privacy Policies.

Research use only

Products are offered exclusively for lawful in-vitro laboratory research. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, administration, medical treatment, diagnosis or therapeutic use.

By ordering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old, legally able to enter into a contract, and purchasing for legitimate research purposes. You are responsible for appropriate laboratory handling, storage and disposal, and for any permissions required for your research activities.

We do not provide medical advice, personal dosing instructions or guidance on human or animal use.

Product information

Please review the product name, selected amount, pack size and price before ordering. A kit price applies to the complete kit described in the listing. Products identified as individual items are sold separately.

Certificates of Analysis, purity measurements and laboratory reports relate to the samples and batches identified in those documents. A report for one batch should not be treated as a test result for every batch or product option.

Request the matching product and batch documentation through our Telegram group or by email. Our voluntary purity commitment is explained in our Return and Refund Policy.

Availability and orders

Please confirm availability for your exact product and amount in our Telegram group before ordering. Availability may differ between products, options and warehouses.

You must provide accurate contact, billing and shipping information. An automated order acknowledgment confirms that we received your order; it does not confirm payment or dispatch.

We may decline or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, the destination cannot be served lawfully, or there is a reasonable concern about fraud or prohibited use. We will notify you and promptly refund any payment collected for an order we cancel.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in US dollars, unless another currency is expressly shown. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown before payment.

Use only payment methods offered at checkout or confirmed directly by us. For cryptocurrency payments, confirm the asset, network, receiving address and exact amount with us before sending funds.

After payment, email peptidemanialab@gmail.com with your order number, the email used for the order, asset and network, amount sent, transaction ID or hash, and payment receipt or blockchain explorer link.

Manual-payment orders remain unpaid until payment has been received and verified. An order acknowledgment or submitted screenshot alone does not establish that funds were received. Shopify Help Center

We will never request your wallet recovery phrase, private keys or account password.

Dispatch and shipping

Confirmed in-stock products dispatch within 2–3 days after payment confirmation. Products supplied from another warehouse may require additional time; we will confirm the dispatch estimate before payment.

Dispatch time is not delivery time. Transit time depends on the destination, carrier and customs processing.

Shipping is $50 per order to supported destinations worldwide. Shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal, after discounts and before shipping and taxes, is more than $500. An order with a qualifying subtotal of exactly $500 does not receive free shipping.

If we cannot meet the agreed dispatch time, we will contact you with a revised estimate and offer the choice to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped products for a refund. If we cannot ship any part of your order, we will refund the full amount paid, including shipping. Federal Trade Commission

International orders

Shipping is available only to destinations we can lawfully serve. Product restrictions and import requirements may vary by destination.

We will identify any known delivery restrictions and explain whether import duties, taxes or customs charges are included before you order. Where additional import charges may be payable by you, this will be disclosed in advance. European Union

An international shipping option does not guarantee that every product can be imported into every country. We do not misdeclare products or shipment values.

Cancellations, returns and quality concerns

You may cancel within 24 hours of placing your order, provided it has not been dispatched. Email your order number and cancellation request. After 24 hours, contact us promptly so we can check whether dispatch can still be stopped.

Ordinary returns are subject to our Return and Refund Policy and require products to be unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging.

For eligible peptide and research-compound kits, our voluntary purity commitment provides a refund for the affected kit or a replacement kit, at your choice, when independent laboratory testing confirms purity below 96% and the supporting evidence is verified.

The evidence must connect the tested vial to your order, including the pre-shipment video and matching laboratory report described in our Return and Refund Policy. No material needs to be returned to us for a verified purity claim.

This commitment concerns analytical purity, not sterility or suitability for human or animal use. It does not apply to bacteriostatic water or accessories.

Customer support and Telegram

We aim to provide clear information, professional service and helpful support before and after every order.

Use the PeptideMania Telegram group to check availability, request batch documentation and receive product updates. Joining the group after purchasing is optional and does not affect your right to support, cancellation or a valid refund.

Send order numbers, addresses, payment receipts and other private information directly by email—not in the group. Statements posted by other members do not change your order or these Terms.

Website use and privacy

You must not use the website to commit fraud, submit false payment evidence, access another person’s information, interfere with website security or promote prohibited uses of our products.

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Using Telegram or another external service is also subject to that service’s own terms and privacy practices.

Our website content and branding may not be copied for commercial use without permission, except where permitted by law.

Errors and changes

We may correct errors in product information, prices or availability. If a material error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding. We will not charge a higher price or substitute a different product without your agreement.

Updates to these Terms apply prospectively. They do not retrospectively remove rights or change the agreed terms of an existing order.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to defective, damaged or misdescribed goods.

Where applicable, eligible EU consumers retain their 14-day withdrawal right, subject to legal exceptions. Our 24-hour cancellation window, unopened-return condition and voluntary purity-claim requirements do not override mandatory consumer protections. European Union

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
